Put meat on the pan and fry them together with the chopped garlic.
Put a few eggs on the side and stir them with the meat.
Add your cut vegetables starting from the hardest one first which can be carrot, onion, and tomatoes, respectively.
Add the taste with soy sauce and oyster sauce a little bit (You can always add more salty taste later with fish sauce)
You can add a bit of soup, broth, or water to not let the meal too dry.
Fry them all together a little longer and then it should be ready to serve!
You can light up your Thai fried rice to be yummier with “Prik Nam Pla” which can be made from fish sauce and chopped chili mixed together.
