Ingredients:
2 chicken carcass or 2 tbsp ready-to-make chicken broth powder such as knorr chicken soup
1 Radish
4 Coriander root
1 tbsp pepper seeds
1 tbsp salt
8 pieces of garlic
15 cups of Water
¼ cup of Sugar
3 spoons of soy sauce
Few chicken legs or shredded chicken
Rice noodle
How to:
1. Take the oily part out of the chicken carcass and clean it. After that, put it in the pot and pour 15 cups of water in. On the other hand, you can use 2 tbsp ready-to-make chicken broth powder to mix with water instead.
2. Add chicken legs or pieces of shredded chicken
3. Clean the radish and take off its skin. Then cut them into circle shapes and small pieces and add them to the pot.
4. Smash Coriander root, pepper seeds, and garlic then add to the pot.
5. Add 1 tbsp salt to the pot and boil them at high temperature for boiling water at first and then cool it a bit down after.
6. Take off the bubble part now and then to make sure that the soup is clear and looks good
7. Bring up the taste more with soy sauce and sugar.
8. Boil and stew until you can get its good smell and taste them, the soup should be slightly sweet.
